In our first Media Studies lesson, we got to grips with the overall course and were told our main tasks for the year ahead of us. We were told about the coursework that we were expected to do, that we had to set up a blog so that we could publish our ideas and anything else which we thought could be necessary for our project.
We also had a go at a quiz on the terms normally associated with Media. Many of the words were actually new to me, even though i had done media last year so i found it a little challenging to answer all the questions correctly.
Overall, i was pretty pleased with how the lesson went, it got me excited for the things that i am going to do but also showed how it will be a challenging subject.
